All pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed and most orders are expected to ship starting in April 2026. The Rocky Plush may ship separately and later than other items in your order due to exceptionally high demand and is estimated to ship between April and May 2026. Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded in full at any time before the item ships. Once your order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, however customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
