All products sold by Izzyan Studios are offered as pre-order items. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed.
Most orders are expected to begin shipping in April 2026. Production timelines may vary depending on demand and manufacturing schedules.
Due to exceptionally high demand, the Rocky Plush may ship separately and later than other items in your order. The Rocky Plush is currently estimated to ship between April and May 2026.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery estimates do not include production or order processing time.
We currently ship within the United States. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, high shipping volume, or postal service disruptions. Izzyan Studios is not responsible for delays once packages have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Izzyan Studios is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, or for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. Izzyan Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Izzyan Studios reserves the right to refuse shipments to certain addresses, cancel orders suspected of fraud, or modify shipping options without notice.
