At Izzyan Studios, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the return and refund terms outlined below.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return request, please contact our support team and include your order number. Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, clear photos of the item, and photos of the packaging. After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items.

Izzyan Studios reserves the right to refuse excessive return requests or cancel future orders at our discretion.
