Cancellation policy

All products sold by Izzyan Studios are offered as pre-orders. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed. Most orders are expected to ship starting in April 2026.

Due to exceptionally high demand, the Rocky Plush may ship separately and later than other items in your order. The Rocky Plush is currently estimated to ship between April and May 2026.

Pre-orders may be canceled and refunded in full at any time before the item ships. Once your order has been processed for shipment or dispatched, the order can no longer be canceled.

After an order has been delivered, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. To begin a return request, customers must contact our support team. Return instructions will be provided by our team.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before completing checkout. Izzyan Studios is not responsible for incorrect sizes selected, incorrect shipping addresses entered, or accidental purchases.

Izzyan Studios reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, limit quantities purchased, or refuse service at our discretion.
